**About the role**
The Associate Director, Communications and Marketing (C&M) Business Partner is a key leadership role supporting MDHS. Working closely with senior Faculty executives, you will translate Faculty priorities and strategy into coordinated communications and marketing activity. As a trusted advisor, you’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Dean, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy and Associate Deans, and other senior leaders, serving as the main point of contact for reputation management. The role also oversees the integration of dedicated and shared resources across the C&M function, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. You’ll be responsible for continuous improvement in service delivery, governance, reporting, and risk management. A key part of your leadership will be guiding the team to take an insights-led, data-driven and outcomes-focused approach to their work, ensuring activities deliver measurable impact and support Faculty goals.
**About you**
You are an experienced communications and marketing leader with a background in health, education, government or other large, complex organisations. Highly collaborative, you excel at building relationships and influencing at the executive level. You bring strong strategic thinking, sound judgement and an ability to identify and maximise opportunities to enhance reputation and thought leadership. You have a proven record of setting priorities, managing competing demands and delivering results. Thriving in complex environments, you’re comfortable leading independently while working across multiple teams. You combine a passion for strategic thinking and change management with the ability to deliver tangible outcomes that advance organisational goals.
