**Your new company**

Are you ready to get stuck into your next role? Our client is a worldwide manufacturer of adhesive and tool systems. They are looking for a full-time batching/mixing production worker to join their Queanbeyan-based factory.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the mixing production process and production line as per the manufacturing specifications. This means day to day you will;
- Ensure equipment is cleaned for reuse in the manufacturing process
- Manage the raw material and liquid inventory
- Report all accidents and incidents to either the Head of Operations or Production Supervisor for follow-up action and reporting
- Participate in safety and other meetings, such as staff meetings, toolbox talks and inductions
- Provide training and support for new starters
- Meet production deadlines whilst producing accurate and quality work

**What you'll need to succeed**

As the Mixing/ Batching Production Worker, you will be physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg bags of different chemicals and substances to pour into the mixer, as well as have:

- A Forklift Licence
- High attention to detail
- A strong work ethic

**What you'll get in return**

This role will give you the opportunity to learn and upskill, and after a probationary period, transition into a permanent role, direct with the business. You will also receive:

- An opportunity to earn a monthly production bonus
- Full-time hours - Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3pm through the winter and 5:30am - 2pm in the summer.
- Weekly pay of $34-38p/h + super pending skills and experience
