Food Production Supervisor

We are a food manufacturing factory searching for a Food Factory Supervisor. An established business that produces pastry and pastry products and sells to major supermarkets, institutional clients as well as direct to market.

You will lead a team with responsibility for the daily running of the factory. You will ensure that work adheres to high-quality and safety regulations.

You will build relationships with key personnel and should be able to work unsupervised and manage the day to day activities in the factory

**To be successful in the role you must**:

- Have prior **experience with the food manufacturing environment**:

- A solid understanding of **Food Hygiene and HACCP principles**:

- **Have prior leadership experience**:

- Experience within a food manufacturing environment
- Sound understanding of raw materials and production
- **Be physically fit and capable of lifting and moving consistently**:

- Be comfortable working at a fast pace and drive compliance
- Be able to build a cohesive and knowledgeable team
- Strong attention to detail
- Be reliable and hardworking

**Working Hrs**:
Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm
