**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Production Supervisor to join our production team at Arndell Park.

Reporting to the Production Coordinator, this hands-on role will see you play a critical role in overseeing the knife hands and decartoning area. You will lead, motivate and guide a team of production line workers, ensuring that production targets are met, safety protocols are followed and products are maintained to our quality standards.

In addition to this your role will include:

- Providing support to the production coordinator in people and team management
- Providing guidance to the Line Team Leaders regarding WHS and QA
- Taking part in Production meetings with the Coordinator and Team Leaders
- Managing and reviewing yields on a weekly basis
- Liaising with maintenance and supervisors regarding machine issues
- Ensuring all orders are completed to the correct specification

**About You**

Whilst previous experience from a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of yield management.
