As an integral member of the team collaborating with the Head of Finance, you will work on vital responsibilities as an Accounts Officer, taking charge of full-function accounting duties & account reconciliations. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the organisation.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and debtor management
- Assisting with general administration tasks such as reception duties, phone communication, and client job bookings
- Handling accounts payable/receivable tasks, including sorting, matching, entering, and processing payments in MYOB
- Conducting supplier account reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Performing job costing & data entry duties such as daily time sheets
- Assisting with payroll and banking/electronic supplier payments
- Maintaining company records and ensuring proper record-keeping, both electronically and in hard copy
- Collaborating with external accountants and assisting with BAS/IAS preparation and lodgement
- Supporting the development of forms & procedures
- Undertaking general filing, scanning, and administrative duties

**The Skills We Look For**
- Experience working with MYOB (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounts role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a professional and can-do attitude
- Punctuality, reliability, and a professional telephone manner
