Techforce Personel is currently working with our long-standing client to assist in their search for a personal assistant to the general manager based in Port Kennedy. This role offers a great opportunity to engage with senior management team and train within this field.

The role is a permanent full-time position, hours:
Monday-Friday 08:30-16:00

Competitive salary from $83,000.00

The role will include duties such as:

- Mobilising personal to sites such as FMG, RIO and BHP including organisation of medical and LAB DAS.
- Creating and chasing invoices
- Preparing and chasing timesheets on a fortnightly basis and liaising with the payroll team.

The Personal Assistant to the general manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Tasks will include creating Purchase Orders, managing inboxes and general administration duties.
