**Job Description**:
Our business is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced HR generalist to fill our brand-new People Advisor role. As part of our People team, you will support our employees working on our new contract with a large government client, supporting their growth, development, and performance in the role.

Reporting to the Group Manager of People Operations, your new role is a fast-paced, hands-on one, and will see you interacting directly with leaders and employees. You will handle consultations, performance management, administration, complaint management and investigations, and leadership development activities - everything needed to support our people and the overall execution of our goals.

**Let’s talk about the role**

Bringing 3+ years’ experience to the role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing high quality, accurate and timely HR support and consultancy services to managers and employees.
- Implementing and administering a range of HR policies, procedures, and processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Delivering a range of administrative and support services including records management, developing HR correspondence, work cover claims and project documentation.
- In conjunction with our leaders, support processes to enhance our employees’ achievement of capabilities, performance, and growth.
- Collaborate and support our leaders to understand HR requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs, improve work relationships, build morale, and increase performance, productivity and retention.
- Maintain knowledge of current practice, legislation, policies, and procedures in relation to the delivery of HR initiatives and identifying improvements where appropriate.
- Collation or management reporting on HR related matters.
