This is a permanent Full-Time position offered on 2 x 4 days on, 3 days off, 8 days on, 6 days off roster onsite as FIFO from Perth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coaching and advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
  • Support and deliver employee and leader development and cultural programs and workshops
  • Responding to employee queries with care and professionalism
  • Maintaining accurate people data and reporting insights to support decision-making
  • Driving consistency and compliance in HR systems and processes
  • Championing diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the site

What You'll Bring?

  •  Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Ability to work independently while building strong, collaborative relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Previous FIFO or mining industry experience is highly regarded
