**About the role at Growth Gurus**

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels. Your exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be essential in coordinating marketing efforts, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality results.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns
- Organize and maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
- Support the team in managing events, webinars, and other promotional activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

- Project Coordination - Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project
