Junior Client Services Assistant

Looking to get your foot in the door, switch lanes, or take the next step in your admin career? We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-loving **Junior Client Services Assistant**to join our **accounting team in Brisbane.**

This is a bit of a hybrid role - with a foot in both camps: supporting our Client Services Assistants [CSAs] while also lending a hand to the broader professional team.

You’ll start off shadowing one of our experienced CSAs and learning the ropes - including everything from collating information, to helping us stay on top of ATO/ASIC tasks.

It’s the perfect stepping stone if you’re:

- Currently in admin and curious about accounting or professional services.
- Looking for a role where you’ll learn heaps, work with great people and gain experience that can take you in a few different directions.
- Someone who loves ticking things off a checklist and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This role could be your gateway into a CSA role, a future PA gig, or even into accounting down the track - but for now, it’s all about being a reliable offsider and helping keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

**you’ll be doing things like**:

- Shadowing a CSA to learn our systems and workflows.
- Supporting with admin tasks related to ATO and compliance.
- Assisting with ASIC and corporate compliance tasks
- Downloading ATO pre-fills and client data.
- Helping collate client information and chase up checklists.
- Jumping on the phone when needed to follow things up.
- Pitching in wherever you can to support the team.

**you’ll smash this role if you**:

- Have admin or CSA experience or are keen to build it.
- Are curious, open to learning and great at following a process.
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using platforms like Xero, CAS360 or similar - don’t worry if you haven’t used them before, we’ll train you
- Can juggle multiple priorities and know when to ask questions.
- Have a knack for picking up new systems.
- Are known for being reliable, organised and super detail focused.
- Have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
