The Social Creator & Community Manager is an exciting new role within the social team at Bolster. The role is pivotal in assisting the Social Lead & Specialist in delivering social content across all our client social channels and ensuring all relevant comms are being reached within communities in line with our client social strategies. This role combines a few key skill sets including daily management of social media accounts and cultivating communities, content ideation and creation, as well as copywriting. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is excited to pave a career path in social media marketing and driven to work on exciting brands in the music and entertainment industry

**If you're up for the challenge, you’ll get to**:

- Utilise tools such as Business Manager, Hootsuite and Data Studio to report on results to report on performance and generate insights.
- Report on trends that are seen in social communities to inform content strategy and ideas.
- Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring that they are up to date and reflect the content strategy.
- Generate, adapt and edit copy.
- Create low-touch social assets using in-app editing tools (e.g. IG Reels)
- Assist with content ideation as per a supplied brief, as well as proactively suggesting ad-hoc content ideas in line with social trends
- Produce basic content through all stages of production (shoot schedule development, photo shoot and editing)
- Demonstrate your community management skills and your understanding of guidelines and the role of social media.
