About the Role
We're looking for a creative and self-driven Content Creator / Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our social channels. This is your chance to build and grow a brand that already has strong momentum - crafting scroll-stopping content, developing fresh campaign ideas, and turning engagement into real-world growth. You'll be supported by our Marketing Manager, eCommerce & Operations Manager, Graphic Designer, and Senior Marketer - but we're looking for someone who can own the social space and make Loopym shine online. We value attitude over experience and we're looking for something who can come in and take control and full ownership of our socials and get really creative in helping our brand grow it's presence.
We are first and foremost a tech company and there is exciting opportunity to work across other brands within our group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create and post daily social content (short-form videos, reels, stories, product features, memes, lifestyle clips, etc.)
- Manage the content calendar, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team to launch campaigns and promotions
- Capture and edit high-quality photo/video content in-house or coordinate external shoots
- Stay ahead of trends to keep our brand voice fresh, cheeky, and engaging
- Report on engagement, reach, and growth metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
We're after someone who's already done this successfully. You should be able to show examples of brands, pages, or campaigns you've grown and the kind of content you've created and it's impact.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels for a brand or agency with ideally 2 years experience
- Strong content creation skills (video shooting, editing, copywriting, and storytelling)
- Proficiency in at least one of the following: Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of social media analytics, trends and the ability to adjust strategy accordingly to achieve goals & KPI's
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in eCommerce, lifestyle of tech brands (not essential)
- Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or influencer management tools (not essential)
- Photography or videography background
- Basic paid ads knowledge (Meta, TikTok)
- An interest in the pool or outdoor lifestyle industry (not essential)
