Due to continued growth in our business, you will be working as a part of our Payments team and your role as Invoice Administration Officer will see you manage inbound invoicing queries, claiming, and approvals on behalf of our NDIS participants. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues and assess and escalate risk. This role requires a good level of attention to detail and accuracy, critical thinking, and strong verbal and written communication skills. You will receive training upon commencement of your role and ongoing coaching and training from an experienced team member to help you perform your best.

You are a someone who thrives in a team environment and prides themselves on the quality of their work. Furthermore, you will have:

- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and can identify and escalate issues
- Comfortable working with numbers and invoices
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Prior plan management experience, NDIS knowledge, accounting or accounts payable experience would be advantageous (but not essential)

**Salary**: $55,500.00 - $61,000.00 per year
