**Your new company**
This company is an independent international freight forwarder based in Australia. They offer a comprehensive range of freight forwarding products, including third-party logistics (3PL), eCommerce, and express cargo, and all of their solutions are tailor-made to suit their clients.

**Your new role**
- Lodge Sea Cargo Report/Under bonds
- Check pre-alert documents for the registration process.
- Send arrival notifications/pre-alerts to clients, outside brokers, and the transportation department.
- Check transshipments for confirmed vessels or ETD dates and update the system accordingly.
- Pay shipping line / co-load invoices 5 days out to ETA
- Ability to identify any discrepancies on a payable invoice
- Request EDOs, and ensure to have them in the system 3 days prior to ETA.
- Lodge intent to claim where necessary
- Work from a shared mailbox with categories.
- Adaptability to a team environment with a can-do attitude

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the import operation role
- ICS Customs portal knowledge
- 1- stop experience
- CargoWise experience
- High attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
- Problem-solving skills
