The Ateco Group is the largest independent, privately-owned motor vehicle distributor in Australia. In the Australian market we represent LDV, Maserati, Ram Trucks and Renault, wholesaling over 40,000 vehicles in the last 12 months. We have a history spanning more than 30 years in developing and delivering automotive brands to the Australian and New Zealand market, covering luxury vehicles, performance pick up trucks and economical commercial vehicles.

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Sydney based team as a Product Manager working on the LDV brand and with other vehicle manufacturers in China. This role is a blend of product related tasks associated with the LDV range of vehicles and then work on projects relating to new brands and vehicles yet to reach the Australian market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist LDV team with product planning for new and existing LDV models, including:Analysing market conditions and competitor products to determine LDV product positioning strategy.
- Advising the OEM on vehicle specifications most suitable for Australia
- Communicating future product developments to the relevant internal departments
- Assisting in developing accurate vehicle specifications sheets for the LDV website and dealer network
- Maintaining product pricing information and communicating changes with the LDV dealership network
- Preparing monthly reports for the OEM that include financial, sales and marketing feedback.
- Attend weekly meetings with the OEM to coordinate projects that require OEM assistance/collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in business or marketing field.
- Intermediate level experience in all microsoft office products especially microsoft excel.
- Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with Teams across the business, including Sales, Marketing and AfterSales.
- Ability to think globally whilst being commercially aware and customer focused.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work across several tasks and projects at a time.

This is a permanent, full time role with a base salary on offer between $90,000 and $100,000 per annum.

Opportunities within distributors at this level do not arise very often.

You will be working alongside a very experienced team who lead the way in introducing and managing brands within Australia and New Zealand across the market spectrum.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
