**About the job**

Based in Lidcombe and reporting to the National Quality Manager, this role will work alongside our passionate production teams and the broader business to support the production of products we are proud of.

**About You**

We are looking for a dynamic, pragmatic thinking, results driven individual. Someone who is self-motivated and pro-active who is energised by opportunity, can work within our current vision, convert this into action and outcomes that fit into the overarching company direction.

You will possess the following attributes:

- Track record of building relationships and influencing key internal & external partners;
- Experience in a senior quality role within the food industry (chilled, short shelf life, ready to eat food is desirable);
- Intimate understanding of quality standards such as HACCP, SQF and customer standards;
- The ability to support production teams and other relevant teams in identifying and managing quality issues and opportunities, focusing on early intervention, pragmatic rectification of issues and determining corrective and preventive actions as required;
- Experience in managing resources to ensure effective support of production and the wider business;
- Strong leadership skills in order to drive accountability and an interdependent culture, embracing zero harm to our people, consumers, and brand;
- Experience in development, implementation and maintenance of HACCP plans, including verification activities and allergen management; and
