**More about what you'll do**

This role is a sourcing specialist role that is dynamic and fast-paced that requires effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. The role is focused on finding immediate solutions, utilising current and potentially new supplier to find best product at the best time for the best price. Reporting to the Group Category Manger
- Solutions, you will also work closely with the category portfolio team and Solutions Sales team.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Develop a robust deals process and ensure compliance.
- Project manage each opportunity from start to finish.
- Sourcing of new products
- Investigate and introduce new Suppliers and products to Category Portfolio Team.
- Supplier negotiation for new suppliers including key areas within the procure to pay
- Negotiate bulk deal opportunities.
- Work in collaboration with interdepartmental teams.

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Previous Assistance roles such as Category or Procurement Assistant
- Exposure to Supplier negotiations and relationships
- Experience in project management
- Strong Excel Skills
- Extremely savvy and commercially aware
- Organised and excellent time management
- Understanding of supply chain
- Accountable with a positive attitude
- Self-sufficient, autonomous, and driven by managing your own piece of business.
- Strategically minded and forward thinking
- Strong business acumen combined with commercial awareness.
