Commercial Finance Business partner role with a large iconic manufacturing business, offers hybrid working 3/2 split.

This is a 6 month Finance Business Partner role, covering a maternity leave involving extensive business partnering. The role would have direct reports, so prior staff management experience is highly desirable.

This is an urgent role; we are interviewing now for a start next week.

**The duties include**:
Be a true Finance Business Partner to the respective division of the business

Prepare and review the monthly management reporting, providing insights on financial performance & analysis to the Executive team.

Be responsible for detailed monthly forecasts for the respective business units.

Prepare presentations for the Quarterly Business Reviews.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting through month end reviews and Flash meetings.

Staff Management

Contribute to annual budgeting, including reviews and presentations.

Carry out ad-hoc analysis as required.

**Experience**
- Graduate degree and/or internationally recognised finance/accounting qualification (i.e. CA/CPA)
- 3-5 years of experience desirable
- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- History of providing value-add insights to business stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to build effective and lasting working relationships - with both non-finance and finance stakeholders
- Staff management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise workloads and organise time efficiently and effectively
