We currently have an opportunity for a **Performance Reporting Specialist **to join our team based in West Perth. This role will be responsible for collecting, evaluating and reporting contract performance outcomes for a crucial government contract at Downer. Working in a fun and dynamic office environment with the wider team, creating a positive culture, this role will be office based full time and standard business hours.

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Track and report on contract Key Performance Indicator’s by developing various Power BI templates to track and monitor work activity.
- Assist with report preparation for all contract reporting requirements.
- Create and prepare internal and external stakeholder reports as required.
- Develop reporting prototypes that will improve work order completion efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other stakeholder teams within the contract to complete necessary analysis and prepare documentation in a collaborative way.Minimise risk of contract performance abatements pertaining to performance reporting and contribute towards the development of ensure contingency arrangements.

**What you’ll bring**
- Tertiary Qualification within business or similar.
- Previous experience within a performance and reporting role, supporting the delivery of required outcomes from a performance-based contract.
- Working on contractual based key performance indicators.
- Knowledge of SAP (or similar enterprise systems), payroll, WMS, CRM is desirable.
- Experience in producing accurate written documentation for a non-technical audience.Experience in creation and maintaining of Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
