We now have an exciting opportunity available for an Asset Performance and Reporting Advisor to join us in our Operations team in Perth, WA on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Planning & Performance, the Asset Performance and Reporting Advisor is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful performance reporting, supported by automated dashboards, targeted analysis, and scenario modelling that drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation across assets and the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic performance dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making across WA and NT assets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for asset and operational KPIs.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities through targeted analysis and scenario modelling
- Provide insights to support asset planning, investment prioritisation, and long-term value creation
- Automate and streamline reporting processes including creating meaningful visual management dashboards.
- Facilitate regular performance monitoring cadence within the business unit.
Your background
- Extensive experience in performance analysis or asset management in the energy or utilities sector preferred.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Familiarity with Maximo, OSIsoft PI, SCADA, or similar systems and ability to extract, validate, and interpret complex operational data.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly numerate with a strategic, data-driven approach to decision-making with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
