We are looking for an experienced HR Reporting Specialist, with systems experience to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources (HR) department and the wider business.

Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Manager Reward, the role requires an understanding of HR processes and the ability to leverage analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and the Azure suite to extract valuable insights from our HR data. This position focusses on facilitating seamless integration of these tools into our HR processes achieved through strong collaboration with the HRIS and the technology teams.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Utilise Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Azure to gather, analyse, and data warehouse design methodologies like Kimball to visualise HR data.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate HR data sources into the Perenti data lake (Azure) for seamless data flow.
- Implement automation processes to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing data quality checks and validations, troubleshooting data-related issues/discrepancies.
- Provide training and support to HR team in the use of tools and data interpretation and acting as a Subject Matter Expert on HR analytics and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR analytics and implement improvements to HR analytics processes and tools.
- 5-7 years’ experience in data analytics and analysis, with a strong understanding and exposure to HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency working across any combination of Power BI, Excel Azure Data Platform and Kimball Data Modelling.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors suite including Report Centre, Report Stories and knowledge of APIs and integrations would be highly valued.
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills and ability to articulate data, insights, and potential value of data assets.
- Strong problem-solving and high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data privacy rules and best practice.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver data reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to sudden surges in workload, urgent problems and changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An interest or work experience in Reward would be desirable.
