**The Opportunity**

Our **Revesby** branch has an opportunity for an experienced individual to join the team in the position of an **Accounts Receivable Administrator**. Your core responsibility will be, general reconciliation tasks, assisting with the accounts team in maintaining Accounts work flow, you may also have to assist in Accounts payables when required.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your duties will include:

- Build and Maintain Customer relationships
- Collect and manage overdue accounts
- Allocate Payment and Reconcile accounts
- Navigate and resolve overdue payments with debtors in a personable and professional manner
- Handle all disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently
- AR reporting and administrative duties

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 12 months experience in accounts receivable or accounts administration role
- Ability to work well within a team as well as being able to get work done autonomousl
- Strong attention to detail & time management skills
- Clear verbal & written communication
