We are looking for an office administrator to perform a combination of administrative, logístical and assistant-type duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing incoming orders for shipment, including packing and invoicing.
- Raising purchase orders required by other departments/management.
- Data entry of accounts payable/receivable.
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory level.
- Assisting with filing and archiving.
- Administration recordkeeping and maintenance.
- Organising and maintaining office common areas, including monitoring office supply levels and ordering as necessary.
- Organising travel logistics by booking flight and accommodation for staff as required.
- Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, including providing freight and logistics support as required.
- Assisting the sales team in drawing up quotations and proforma invoices.
- Assisting sales team with outbound calls for marketing and customer service requests as necessary.
- Ad-hoc tasks including stocktake and bookkeeping duties.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Qualification_
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in office administration and MYOB are preferred.
- Skills_
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with MYOB or other business management software is preferred.
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with others.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Be a great team player.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Revesby, NSW 2212: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
