Job Description
About the Role
The School is seeking an experienced and motivated administrator to join our Property & Facilities department as the Property and Facilities Coordinator. This is a full-time and ongoing position, currently available.
As the Coordinator, you will work closely with the Property and Capital Works Manager to organise preventative and reactive maintenance programs and support the delivery of capital works projects. You will be responsible for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers, managing facilities systems, and assisting with project administration, reporting, and compliance.
This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of property and capital works through high-quality administrative support and documentation management. - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Office/Business Administration or Project Management
- Previous Service/Coordinating experience in property and facilities
- Competent computer skills including an understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Proven ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of protocol and commitment to quality customer service
- A high level of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check (also known as a Blue Card).
