**About Us**
This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Enforcement & Prosecutions team.
You will be responsible for review and evaluation of referrals from internal and external stakeholders of legislative noncompliance and fraud in the Workers Compensation, Motor Accidents Compulsory Third Party, and home building compensation insurance schemes to gather further evidence and to provide support to assess compliance with standards and regulatory requirements or initiate prosecution action where necessary.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assist in the provision of advice and support in complex investigations including undertaking legislative non-compliance and/or fraud committed against the NSW personal injury insurance systems to ensure compliance.
- Research, analyse and collate information, and identify trends from internal and external sources to inform legislative non-compliance and/or fraud identification, investigation, and evidentiary processes.
- Assist in the preparation of briefs of evidence under the relevant legislation to inform and support prosecution.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, on appropriate investigation techniques and procedures to facilitate investigations and prosecutions into personal injury legislative non-compliance and/or fraud activity to achieve compliance and consistent outcome.
- Participate in projects related to legislative non-compliance and/or fraud detection and, prevention strategies to achieve improved industry outcomes.
