**Our Client**

Sitting within a dominant Real Estate brand on the NSW Central Coast, our client is a multi award-winning and high-revenue writing Sales Executive running a small ‘team within a team’. They are community focused, driving time back into local charities and NFP’s such as the local Lifesaving Club. Their service is personalised and they have a deep connection with repeat customers (buying and selling). Providing world-class service and supporting their community is at the forefront of everything they do.

As part of the network they are in, they also get to enjoy Awards nights, trips away and the opportunity to attend ongoing head-office training and events.

**Duties**

As part of our clients’ expansion they are seeking a highly enthusiastic, driven and qualified Executive Assistant to be the glue that keeps them all together, drives their day to keep them all on-track & ‘dollar productive’.

Some duties will include:

- Prepare proposals and price updates
- Organising prospecting activities’ for the junior team members
- Managing everyone’s calendar and coordinating meetings
- Prepare timelines for listed properties coming to market
- Updating clients individually via the daily WhatsApp chat
- Organising exchange and settlement gifts
- Arrange and attend Community and client events

**Specific requirements**

This role is not about capability of filling the role but also about attitude and outlook. You will be hungry to succeed, make a difference in peoples lives and also have strong initiative to see and make improvements in this team.
- Executive or PA experience in Real Estate
- Strong technology skills (AgentBox, RP data, MS office preferred)
- Highly organised, detail oriented and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Drivers license
- Knowledge of the area preferred
