**Location**: Gosford (Work from home Hybrid)

**Hours of work**: 7 hours p/d, 35 hours p/w

**The opportunity**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Licensing Officer to join our team, in the SafeWork & Systems, Building, Business and Workplace Safety Licensing, Licensing and Funds, Better Regulation Division.

**What you will be doing**:
You will undertake administrative functions to support the licensing unit and maintain licensing records, and provide quality service, information, and assistance to customers on a wide range of matters about licensing.

**About you**:

- Respond to enquiries from external and internal customers according to service standards
- Provide administrative services, respond to enquiries and complete a range of processing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain knowledge, techniques and skills to deliver a high quality service.
- Ensure all customer enquiries and issues are accurately captured and authorised policies and procedures are adopted for triage, resolution, referral or escalation.
- Attend Gosford location at least once per week to perform administrative tasks on site.
