**Client Relationship Officer**

**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic client relationship officer to join our team and engage with clients to ensure their visit is first class.

Prosper Health Collective is a Premium Multidisciplinary Health Service located in Booragoon, Stirling and Canning Vale. This role will be primarily based at the Stirling office but may require some shifts from the Booragoon office.

**About the role**:
You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing client appointments in person and over the phone;
- Day to day running of the office and meet and greet patients;
- Processing of patient invoices and receipting of consultations;
- Data entry;
- General clerical duties as required.

You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

Salary is in line with Health Professionals and Support Services Award and will be based on experience.

At present we are looking for a permanent part time team member that has the flexibility to meet the needs of the practice. We anticipate that the role wil initially be Monday to Thursday with varying hours each day ranging the span of our opening hours which are 8am to 7pm. The role may progress into a fulltime position.

You must be willing to travel to our Booragoon office for training and may be required to work there on occassion for leave cover and so forth.
