Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**:
The Service & Repair Supervisor is responsible for managing and scheduling the workflow of jobs through our Somerton based workshop. You will ensure jobs are completed within required timeframes to satisfy customer needs. This role will require you to be hands on and deliver a range of general repair works including Insurance and warranty claims, compliance, and certification. You will also assist with quotations where required and lead a small team of Service & Repair Technicians out of our Somerton based workshop.

**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Manage the overall job schedule & flow of our workshop
- Assist in the delivery of a range of general repair and service works (Hands on)
- Assist with Insurance enquiries, warranty issues, quotes and claims
- Lead, manage & develop the service & repair team
- Ensure safety and compliance requirements are met at all times
- Assist Management with reporting issues, hazards
- Source and order replacement parts for workshop.
- Inspection & quality control of finished works before delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communications and customer service skills

**About you**:
**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a service & repair role from within the Caravan, RV industry
- Strong Time Management skills
- The ability to lead and manage a small team
- Trade background would be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Previous experience working with a caravan manufacturer or service/repair workshop would be highly regarded.
