THE ROLE

The Business Services Supervisor Position is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the operations of the Conference Centre located on Level 4 at the Government Services Office, along with being part of the broader based Dandenong Business Services team in the South Division.

The role includes but is not limited to overseeing day-to-day operations, working with the other departments, especially with the Department of Education for room bookings, a member of the Occupants User Group, attend meetings, undertake repairs and maintenance issues, plus support fleet management, assessment management, office accommodation planning, refurbishments, fit outs, building security and evacuations, and office assets at the GSO.

The role may also coordinate works and maintenance projects associated with other properties.
