UberEats has been a market leader in Online Food Delivery for the past five years. **About the Role**

The Scaled Account Management team is looking for a SMB Growth Manager to supercharge growth for Restaurant partners on the Uber Eats platform. The Scaled Account Management Team is responsible for the sales and customer success of 70% of merchant partners in ANZ, contributing approx 40% of Uber Eats ANZ revenue. These restaurant partners are local heroes and small businesses, the lifeblood of many communities.

This role is responsible for driving customer product adoption and platform revenue, through launching strategic initiatives and channels that are scalable and have positive ROI. The SMB Growth Manager will lead a team of Ops and Sales experts to drive incremental revenue and product adoption for the Australia & New Zealand Business.

**Your impact in role**

1. Deliver commercial and product revenue targets through building bullet proof go-to-market plans, initiatives and forecasting.
2. Oversee the BPO Sales partnership alongside the BPO Operations Manager through sales enablement, process improvement, automation and profitability reporting.
3. Drive a newly created digital sales function through setting goals, managing cross functional stakeholders and leveraging new technology and tools.
4. Lead a team of 3 operations and sales experts to deliver strategic plans with executional excellence.
5. Proactively identify new opportunities for growth through managing short term target attainment while strategizing long term plans.
6. Partner with Product Managers, Community Operations, Sales Systems and Sales Ops both locally and regionally to to continue delivering incremental growth.

**The experience you'll bring**

1. Track record of successfully scaling B2B sales and/or operational initiatives
2. Experience managing and leading a team to deliver projects and commercial outcomes.
3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience pitching new initiatives to ELTs.
4. Experience building, managing and measuring digital sales and marketing tools E.g. CRM, SMS, Paid Media
