Raya Healthcare is an NDIS registered organisation that provides disability supports across Melbourne's North, East and South East suburbs. Raya Healthcare provides a wide variety of supports across Core, Capacity building and capital supports.

The position
We are seeking Support Workers to join our supportive and growing team to work with participants within our organisation across Melbourne. We have participants in varies locations around the Melbourne and in the outer suburbs of Melbourne (Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Melbourne).
This position also has the added bonus of further opportunities and growth within the organisation and field.
Positions available for day, morning, afternoon, early evening, sleep overs and weekends. The hours are dependent on participant needs.
Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of disability and mental health.
- Experience in the Support Worker or Disability Field
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Victorian Driver's license and vehicle
- NDIS worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)
- Demonstrates knowledge in Forensics
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer/technology knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills and genuine care and attention to our participants.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Have passion for what you do
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with people who have varying needs with a variety of disabilities
- Flexible work arrangements around peoples' individual needs, including shift times/days, personal care tasks and manual handling
- You may need to undergo additional training such has manual handling, medication training etc.
