Join the City of Sydney as a Logistics Assistant, providing technical, operational, and logístical support for creative events.

**Your new role**

In your new role, you will be responsible for assisting the logistics manager and coordinators in providing effective event production, operations, and logistics assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support in day-to-day administration of supplier contracts/service agreements, safety documents, plans, schedules, maps, manuals, and procurement documentation.
- Assist with set up, production and operations and pack-down of events.
- Completing logistics administrations tasks, including meeting minutes, agendas, action lists, and updating project critical path documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Previous experience in major event production, and in logístical, operational, administrative and production support.
- Demonstrated experience is production, operations, logistics and technical processes on large-scale events. Computer literacy and experience in using word processing packages, computer aided drafting software, and event scheduling programs (Vectorworks & Ungerboeck/EBMS a bonus.)
- Current full driver’s license, acceptable in the state of NSW.

**What you'll get in return**
