**Academic Support Teacher (Year 7-12)**:
Academic Support teachers work with students with a diverse range of learning needs, including in regular classrooms and in one-on-one situations, to develop specific academic and cognitive skills. They collaborate with academic and wellbeing staff across the school in the development of appropriate learning resources, devising individual learning plans and contributing to the ongoing conversations about pedagogy and effective teaching strategies. They are also responsible for interpreting and communicating specific student learning data, including data extracted from external and internal testing, literacy and numeracy testing and/or cognitive assessments.

The successful applicant will also have excellent organisational skills together with the interpersonal and communication skills required to support a diverse range of learning needs. They will have experience working flexibly, independently and in collaborative partnership with teams of teachers. The successful applicant will also be committed to the full life of the School and supportive of its Christian ethos.
