The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Remote Business Development Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team based in our Mulgrave head office, supporting Truck Dealers in regional locations across Australia. This role is to maximise the potential of our regional dealer network through the development and implementation of a direct sales model, act on and facilitate a sales referral process, as well as provide monthly reporting of performance to the dealer in order to maximise growth opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Reporting into the Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

- Liaise with and develop the high performance of the regional dealer network to achieve goals and sales targets
- Identify, target and pitch future acquisition opportunity across finance and insurance eg. Floor plan, Property, Capital Loans, Bailment
- Establish & develop a direct sales model and target regional dealers to gain commitment to support
- Implement and continually improve direct sales process
- Maximise direct sales finance volume by driving supporting dealers to provide 100% referral rate
- Responsible for dealer systems training (finance, wholesale)
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of dealer performance
- Promote and support marketing initiatives including review remotely in store presence
- Point of sale system Administration & testing
- General administrative support
