**Join the team**
An exciting opportunity to work with our highly driven and collaborative Property Team, who are an integral part of our extensive and growing store network. We are actively looking for a skilled Programme Manager who will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, whilst managing and maintaining the store works programme for all property related projects at Kmart.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Working with a range of stakeholders, you will take ownership of key business projects including new stores, store refurbishments and other business initiatives.
- Ensure there is a pipeline of works to grow sales and profit by timely scheduling, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Develop programmes on a timely basis taking into account resource capacity, lease deals, business expectations and timelines.
- Identify process gaps and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to resolve, develop new processes and communicate updates through strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
**About**
**You**
- You will have a minimum of 3 years retail or industry related experience
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or programme management would be preferable.
- Advanced project management experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Commercial acumen, detailed organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work across diverse and multi-disciplinary project teams
- Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate, facilitate and manage project teams including but not limited to building contractors, trade sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, lessor representatives, other external and internal stakeholders
- Good understanding of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Acts, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards applicable to the construction and fit-out of retail stores
