**Our opportunity**:
**This role will work afternoon shifts of 3pm-11pm across Monday-Friday.**

**Your day-to-day duties may include**:

- Leading and coordinating a dedicated team of cleaners, you’ll be the point of escalation and support for your team
- Overseeing the training, growth and development of team members
- Where required, assist with the cleaning of the hospital
- Oversee cleaning operations in line with budgets, ensuring waste is minimised
- Determine job requirements and completing quality control audits

**About you**:

- Leadership experience within a cleaning department, you’ll be able to mentor and support your team
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control and process integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible approach with the ability to organise multiple tasks and fluctuating workloads
- Leadership experience within a hospital setting is highly desirable
- Willing to provide or obtain a National police check clearance, Flu and COVID vaccinations.
