Realcorp Commercial Cleaning is a fast-growing specialist commercial cleaning provider operating in Melbourne and Regional Victoria. The sectors that we service include primarily residential apartment building common areas (owners corporations) and offices.

Our fast growth has opened the way for this new position to be created, to support the Area Managers, Operations Manager and Director in sustainably scaling the business.

**Overview**:
The Supervisor position will support the Area Manager in training staff, inspecting sites, and supporting and managing cleaning staff.

The Supervisor will take pride in their work and be passionate about providing outstanding customer service with exceptional attention to detail. The Supervisor must be highly reliable, trustworthy, and must be able to effectively lead and motivate teams to perform at their best.

**The key responsibilities of this role include**:
**_Admin:_**
- Manage and organise periodic tasks for all sites
- Identify additional works or services to offer to clients and quote accordingly
- Other admin tasks as required

**_Management:_**
- Perform periodic inspections and ensure a high degree of quality for all contracts
- Support a number of teams across varying sites and geographical locations ensuring that they are performing at a high level and are a strong representative of the Realcorp brand
- Identify ‘areas for improvement’ and proactively manage
- Communicate with all teams via phone and group WhatsApp to advise of tasks requiring improvement, and follow up to ensure requests have been actioned in a timely manner
- Train staff in accordance with the Realcorp Operations Manuel and oversee staff performance
- Proactively liaise with clients and ensure that they are satisfied with the service
- Oversee safety compliance
- Solve cleaning issues
- Strong customer service approach with a positive can-do attitude
- Effective time management
- Build and maintain a strong team culture
- Supervise and assist in more specialised cleaning tasks
- Manage equipment including arrangement of periodic test and tagging and overseeing regular maintenance
- Provide input for system improvements
- Strong management / team leading experience
- Task oriented and ability to thrive managing a high volume of tasks
- Advanced English skills, written and spoken
- At least intermediate Spanish is not required but would be looked upon favourably
- Full time availability
- Full car drivers license
- Ideally at least one year cleaning or facilities experience
- Ideally some experience using some specialist equipment including scrubbers, wet vacs, carpet machines, car park scrubbers, buffers, pressure washers

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
