**About the Role**:
This is an **Expression of Interest** for an upcoming **fully onsite Team Leader role in the South Eastern Suburbs.** If successful, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing call centre team
Handling escalations and resolving complex customer queries
Inspiring and motivating the team to exceed targets and achieve development goals
Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met

**What We're Looking For**:
✔️ Proven experience as a **Team Leader (TL) or Assistant Team Leader (ATL)** in a call centre
✔️ A strong track record of **managing teams and achieving KPIs**
✔️ Full-time availability **Monday - Friday** (Visa holders must have full-time work rights)
✔️ Confidence in working **fully onsite** in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Exceptional **verbal and written communication skills**
✔️ Professional references from previous employers
