Bambini Early Learning is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to join our fabulous team at our beautiful purpose-built centre in Doncaster East.

This is a full-time position, with the option of a 9-day fortnight.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Centre Manager and Curriculum Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our 92-place centre, guiding and inspiring a team of passionate educators, and ensuring our families and children feel a strong sense of belonging every single day.

About You

You're a natural leader who brings passion, positivity, and professionalism to everything you do. You know how to build strong relationships, nurture team culture and lead with heart.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, WWCC and National Police Check.
  • Solid understanding of the operational and business aspects of running a childcare service.
  • Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
