As a **Program Manager at Endava**, you will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives for our esteemed clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic objectives. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex challenges, driving successful outcomes, and guiding our clients on their journey towards modernisation.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model, requiring regular travel between Sydney and Newcastle to service our clients in Newcastle.
**Responsibilities**
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Effectively resolve conflicts and negotiate to ensure project objectives are aligned.
**Program & Project Management**:
- Supervise multiple programs, managing interdependencies effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks across workstreams.
**Financial Management**:
- Oversee multi-million-dollar project budgets, ensuring strict financial control.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and forecasts while managing financial risks.
- Experience in managing Time & Materials (T&M) or fixed-price contracts, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
**Risk & Compliance**:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring adherence to regulations across different industries.
**Change Management**:
- Lead change initiatives, fostering alignment across teams and stakeholders.
**Governance & Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure that project activities meet the standards of highly regulated domains by establishing robust QA processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Senior-level experience in change management and highly regulated environments.
- Strong background in stakeholder management, financial oversight, and program management.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and ability to lead high performing cross-functional teams.
- Strong capability to lead and line manage a small team of Project Managers.
- Based in Sydney or the Hunter Region.
