Technical Product Owner needed for digital project for 12 months in one of the Big Four 4 Banks. Hybrid role.

**Your new company**

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Technical Product Owner to work on an Unsecured Lending platform project for 12 months in one of the Big Four Banks located in Sydney CBD. WFH hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

**Your new role**
- Develop requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads
- Make day to day decisions to enable development team to move quickly through product iterations
- Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time
- Own and manage squad backlog and prioritise tasks in line with roadmap
- Involvement in the roadmap planning, release planning, execution, review of each sprint, realising impact, value and focus on the right priorities
- Work collaboratively with the squad to deliver backlog efficiently
- Communicate priorities and outcomes with key stakeholders
- Attend all relevant ceremonies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong technical background in the Credit Cards domain, with proven delivery experience in Credit Cards platforms, product development and/or Schemes releases
- Expert knowledge of Unsecured Lending products, regulatory and scheme requirements
- Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem-solving and process
- Ability to elaborate a product vision into a technology roadmap, and communicate to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
- Extensive experience in technology leadership, including leading workshops in a co-located cross-functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of product development
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships whilst sometimes saying no
- Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision-making
