**Position Description**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll officer to join a friendly and dynamic team on a permanent basis. This is an end-to-end payroll position will be suited to someone who is energetic, up beat and enjoys working in a high-volume environment. The role is located in Chatswood with free parking on site and only a 5 minute walk from the station. There are also development opportunities and career progression for the future.

**The Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Assisting with weekly Payroll processing and calculation
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax, work cover and superannuation
- Be involved with payroll projects
- Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folder, hand out starter pack, collect police check and reimburse police check expense
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing
- Experience with large ERP systems** **would be advantageous (Preceda, ADP, Chris21, SAP etc.)
- Previous high volume payroll experience
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
