**The role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing.

You will work at a strategic and operational level with responsibility for the preparation of financial and management reporting, annual forecasts, general ledger maintenance, generation and review of budgets and cashflow forecasting in partnership with our Accounting partner.

**To be successful in this role**:
You are a self-starter, able to work independently and be an effective and personable leader managing workloads, priorities and relationships.

You will be a qualified, results driven Finance Manager with extensive experience operating in a fast paced commercial environment. You will have strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work at a strategic and operational level.

**Skills and experience**:
You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a finance manager / financial accountant position
- Strong financial technical skills
- Exposure to management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities and high level written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office suite
- Exposure to staff management and payroll Functions
- Desire to improve business process and systems
- Processing supplier invoices
- Allocating supplier invoices accurately to the correct cost centre and general ledger codes
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts
- Reconciliation of creditors
- Reconciliation of credit card statements
- Processing staff reimbursement claims
- Processing payment runs
- Assisting and providing support to other staff members when required

There is the opportunity to expand the role to include Office and Procurement manager functions also, making this a full time role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatswood, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:
