**About the role**:
JBS Brooklyn has exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Brooklyn HR team as a HR Administrator specializing Recruitment. The successful applicant will be responsible for the administration and support of the day to day delivery of recruitment activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resume screening and phone interviews
- Provide high level administrative support
- Initiating and validating reference checks
- Assist with recruitment and induction processes
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
- Compliance to Human Resources Management System (Success Factors)
**Requirements**:
- Strong administration and data processing skills
- Recruitment experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
- Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role
