The Opportunity: Entry-Level Contract Administrator (1–3 Years Experience)
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their construction career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects.
In this role, you'll support Project Managers and the wider team to help deliver refurbishment and construction projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks to support project planning and delivery
- Help coordinate trades and suppliers for scheduled works
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including OH&S requirements
- Support the engagement and onboarding of subcontractors
- Assist with scheduling and tracking project timelines
- Order materials and manage delivery logistics
- Process supplier invoices and assist with client invoicing
- Review and approve timecards
- Help ensure services are delivered in line with client expectations
- Conduct site visits to support quality assurance processes
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Project
- Basic understanding of the project lifecycle
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- A valid South Australian (or equivalent) Driver's Licence
