**The Company**:

With the Australian business expanding they are looking for a Credit Claims Officer to join the business. Based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs this is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer focus and looking for a long term career role.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will primarily be responsible for processing payments and issuing invoices, in detail your responsibilities include:

- Correspond with customers for claims received.
- Input credit claims and raise adjustment notes in ERP
- Investigate short deliveries and discrepancies. including liaising with transport companies.
- Input debits/reversals in ERP.
- Input manual claims from customers into ERP.
- Investigate RTS's and returns to warehouse
- Receipt all goods from claims raised into stock in ERP.
- Run product returns report and collate information monthly
- Run and collate weekly retailer warranty report.
- Run ‘Inventory as of date’ report from ERP at end of month and collate
- Issue and receipt inventory for New Zealand and Japan.
- Reconcile and update NZ and Japan shipment reports at end of month.

**Your Ideal Experience**:
An urgent and immediate need we are looking for someone that can start ASAP. You will be confident and able demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability. You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a similar position - Credit Control/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable with Claims experience
- Previous exposure within a inventory environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with excel and exposure with ERP systems
