**About the Role**:

NHP are currently seeking a passionate & motivated
**Credit Support Officer, who is keen to learn & develop **within our National Credit team, based in Melbourne.

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the AR department with a range of tasks including reconciliations, cash allocation, claims and liaising with internal and external contacts.

Size of the AR team - 7 staff

Accounting system - Microsoft D365

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Inbox assistance - manage all administration & AR enquiries and tasks
- Assist with wholesaler account reconciliations
- Credit assessment of new accounts
- Opening new accounts
- Coordination and processing of company financial credits in a timely manner
- Register securities (PPSR)
- Provide administrative support to Credit Officers and Credit Management, as required

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an AR function
- Willingness to undertake administrative tasks within the Credit function
- Previous experience reconciling customer accounts
- Systems savviness including Intermediate MS Excel skills
- A great eye for detail and accuracy
- Confident and capable communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to work with a range of different personalities to achieve agreed outcomes
