Your contribution

**Using your understanding and experience you will**:

- conduct administrative work that supports field activities
- conduct site visits and assess employer compliance
- provide education and information to employers, and workers in relation to the operation of the schemes with the aim of increasing voluntary participation
- complete allocated audits to ensure the worker and employer registers are maintained
- assist with the worker and employer service return and cancellation activities for the schemes QLeave administers
- demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders
- foster and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- gather industry data, identify trends and report on issues, investigations and outcomes
- identify system and business improvements and participate in knowledge sharing activities
- maintain accurate notes and records relating to all activities
- support and commit to ethical behaviour and QLeave's corporate values
- prepare reports and communicate and escalate outcomes to the Enforcement team
- any other tasks as directed from time to time by your supervisor

**For this role, we will consider your**:

- ability to be positive, proactive and professional and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- experience using data for decision making
- ability to identify opportunities, improve processes and support implementation
- experience in being results orientated and working with integrity and drive
- experience in conflict management

At times you may be expected to work outside business hours.
Applicants must have a 'C' class licence and maintain a blue card.
There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
Successful applicants will be required to complete Authorised Officer training and will be required to travel throughout Queensland for targeted campaigns.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
