**About us**

Ustore operates a premier Asian supermarket in Sydney. The store specializes in a wide range of imported Asian goods. The supermarket also sells products on online platforms. USTORE has a sub-brand, UBOTTLE, which is a premium wine retailer featuring Asian wines.

**Duties & responsibilities**
As a Marketing Specialist at Ustore, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and enhancing our market presence. Your responsibilities will align with the ANZSCO code 225113, ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. Key duties include:

- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Execute targeted campaigns to promote our brand.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor and optimize online presence to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty.
- Create and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

**Preferred Qualification**
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar marketing specialist role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
